Lodge allows you to generate a report at tax time that lists your rental income and expenses to send to your accountant. Simply navigate to the Reports section of your property menu.

From the Reports Dashboard you can select the financial year and month that you want to create a report for, as well as the type of report you want to export. You can choose from income and expenses, just expenses, or just receipts.

Once you've selected your report type, click the Download button and it will download an Excel file that you can forward to your accountant.  The report will contain the type, description, total cost, sub total GST amount and reconciled expenses.
