Lodge can collect rent on your behalf and forward on the funds once they're received.
All you need to do is enter your bank account details and we’ll generate a tenant login where your tenant can choose to use BPAY or direct debit as a means to pay rent.

As soon as your tenant pays their rent using one of these methods, we’ll process the payment and transfer it straight into your account. Your account details will be stored securely and won’t be shared with anyone.

Once rent collection is set up correctly, we'll keep you and your tenant up to date with reminder emails and payment tracking.
